1. Acceptance of Agreement

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client’s use of the Service shall bind them and any employees, agents, or subcontractors who access the service to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service or Site to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand and acknowledge that any content that you provide to repricer.topsinfosolutions.com (except credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information will not be accepted or stored.

The content and information on this Site and the Service, as well as the infrastructure used to provide both, is proprietary to us or our partners. All Terms, Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Operating Procedures of Merchants apply to you as long as you are on any Merchant site. We shall not be liable for information provided to Merchants by you. We are independent contractors of Merchants and neither party has the right to make representations or obligations on the other’s behalf.
